General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT)
A legal agreement between many countries, whose overall purpose was to promote international trade by reducing or eliminating trade barriers such as tariffs or quotas
General Cargo Rate (GCR)
The rate a carrier charges for the shipment of cargo that does not have a special class rate or commodity rate.
Goods subject to phytosanitary inspections (PHY)
Inspection certificate issued by a competent governmental authority to show that a particular shipment has been treated to be free from harmful pests and plant diseases
