Yes. Your Voice does not track or store any identifiable information. Only the case handlers will see the content of your report, and they will not know your identity unless you choose to disclose it.
  1. The anonymous sender selects a representative and submits their message.
  2. They enter their email address to receive replies.
  3. To ensure anonymity, Bob encrypts their email address and will not share it with anyone.
  4. The message is routed to the selected representative.
  5. The representative receives the anonymous message and replies through Bob.
  6. Bob’s end-to-end encryption system sends the response to the sender’s email.
  7. The anonymous sender receives the reply without their identity being revealed.
  8. The sender can reply via a secure, unique link in the email.

No. All reports are confidential and handled by designated case handlers.
