Standard service for collection and delivery

Collections*:

  • between 07:00 and 20:00 hours
  • a time window of at least six hours
  • of which at least three hours are during the afternoon (from 12:00),

Examples:

  • between 07:00 and 15:00 hours
  • between 09:00 and 15:00 hours
  • between 12.00 and 18:00 hours (to RST between 14.00 and 20.00 hours)

Deliveries*:

  • between 07:00 and 12:00 hours, or
  • between 12:00 and 18:00 hours (from RST between 14.00 and 20.00 hours)

* NOTE:

  • Time windows for collections and deliveries may be subject to local circumstances, for example driving bans for trucks
  • Samskip can plan considering your office hours within the standard service, or we can offer an additional service at a fee for a specific time window
  • All collections and/or deliveries are according to the best possible operational planning in the multimodal network of Samskip and can be influenced by unforeseen circumstances.
  • Fixed time slot: a collection or delivery at a fixed time between 07.00-20.00h (for example: Delivery at 11.00 h)
  • Limited time window: a collection or delivery between a time window of 3 hours between 07.00 – 20.00h (for example: collection between 10.00 – 13.00h)
