At Samskip, our mission to make “Green Logistics Easy” is all about empowering our customers. We’re thrilled to introduce new self-service features on our Customer Portal to make booking, updating, and tracking orders smoother and faster than ever.

Our new Capacity Management platform, currently rolling out across our network, is a game-changer behind the scenes. It automatically assigns each new order to the best vessel voyage, ensuring capacity for every shipment at the agreed times. Soon, this will extend to our rail and barge services.

Now, with our enhanced portal, you can see which voyage your orders are planned for and, if you have pre-set slots, decide which orders to ship on each voyage. This simple “order swap” feature offers more flexibility and control, and it’s just the start. In the coming months, expect even more self-service tools designed to meet your needs, backed by our advanced capacity planning.
