We are excited to share with you the launch of our new Global forwarding Customer Portal, making things easier for you.

This portal offers you functionalities as creating and viewing your bookings, retrieving an overview of your invoices and submitting information around your booking regarding customs formalities, commercial invoice, health certificates, etc

24/7 SUBMITTING SHIPMENT INFORMATION

Within this portal you will be able to complete and verify shipment information we submit to customs on your behalf. The shipment information we have to submit to customs refer to:

  • Shipper
  • Consignee
  • Cargo details

IN CASE SAMSKIP ARRANGES CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

If Samskip arranges the customs export or import clearance, all required information such as shipper/consignee, cargo details, HS-codes as well as uploading a commercial invoice can be done by yourself using the portal.
Confirming and verifying this information is mandatory per container where customs formalities are being arranged for.

IN CASE THE CUSTOMER ARRANGES CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

You have the option to file the customs document number in the local Port Community System or choose to file the customs document number in the Samskip Global forwarding customer portal. Samskip will grant you access to the customer portal by a separate email.
