Samskip is highly invested in efforts for continuous improvement, both for our organization and for our customers. With our continual aim to be a reliable partner for our customers, we are now harmonizing all our operational processes across our network into a standardized and simplified way of working.
We are implementing new IT systems in support of these processes which allow us to further drive alignment and control over all our assets and trade lanes.
In the upcoming years, we will be redesigning our full operational chain, from pricing and quoting to booking management and execution. The biggest implementation of our transformation is the phasing out of our 40 year old core shipping system for a new modern cloud-based solution called Odyssey which provides more connectivity and automation possibilities. All these efforts translate to better communication, better support to our customers and allow us to work more closely and accurately delivering the best most reliable service possible.
