Best score on availability and in time shipment

Claudia Garisch of Bosch und Siemens Hausgeräte GmbH explains the reasons behind the award:

"Every year we organize two awards: one for national and one for the European wide transports. The awards give BSH Bosch und Siemens Hausgeräte GmbH an opportunity to benchmark the performance of the transport partners. It also keeps our transport partners aware of the competitive environment. For our partners the awards are an additional motivation to give the best transport performance. And for us it is also a way to show our appreciation for their efforts during the year."

About Samskip winning the award, Claudia comments:

"The main reason that Samskip has won the award for European wide transport is that they had the best score on those criteria that are very important  for us: "availability"  and "in time shipment". These two criteria are very important for BSH Bosch und Siemens Hausgeräte GmbH as our customers demand in time deliveries. Furthermore Samskip had no damages and losses and performed well at working correctly with the transport system TISYS."

Samskip team proud to receive award

Surendra Haarnack of the German customer Service desk as well as Klaus Hapke responsible sales manager for the Bosch Siemens Hausgeräte in Germany were present in Brugge to receive the award. Looking back at the event Mr Hapke comments:

“We have been transporting cargo for BSH for 12 years now and the award shows that our aim to do the best for our customers is paying off. It is a real incentive to keep improving our service levels and customer focus.”
