From Herne (Dortmund) in Germany frequent train shuttles are offered to three destinations in Sweden.

Besides the Sweden/Baltic service Samskip also offers the Samskip Baltic Container Express, which operates services between Hamburg, Bremerhaven (in Germany) and Sweden, Finland, The Baltic states and Russia. From Rotterdam the Baltic Container Express offers direct services to Finland and Russia.
