Plenty of action at Samskip´s Aalesund Coldstore Terminal
There is plenty of activity at Samskip‘s coldstore terminal in Norway, the Kloosterboer Coldstore Aalesund AS. The company's turnover has grown by about 40% since going online two years ago, and increased in tonnage to 80,000 annually. Moreover, all signs point to a major surge in handling mackerel for the Asian market after the Norwegians boosted their mackerel quota this year by 40%.
