Samskip and Servinter Trans Freight strengthen their partnership in the Spanish reefer market
Samskip has appointed Servinter Trans Freight (STF), an independent freight forwarder, as exclusive agent for refrigerated cargo in Spain. STF will take over Samskip’s Vigo offices with effect from February 1st.
With this partnership, the new Vigo branch will benefit from both STF’s comprehensive local knowledge and Samskip Reefer Logistics’ extensive global network.
Samskip´s and STF´s mutual target is to strengthen their activities in Vigo, where Europe’s biggest warehouse for refrigerated cargo is based, and the rest of Galicia and to continue to provide their customers with reliable and professional service in the local market.
Servinter Trans Freight SA is part of the Marmedsa Group. It is active in ocean, airfreight, logistics and project forwarding, customs brokerage and acts as an NVOCC. The company has been specialising in reefer cargo for more than 30 years and has offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Bilbao, Castellón, Algeciras, Vigo and the Canary Islands.
