Re-organisation in Germany

Samskip is pleased to inform you that as of 1st of August 2003 we will merge the Hamburg office, which was part of Samskip Russia GmbH, into Samskip GmbH.

This merge will strengthen our German operations and create further synergies between our Hamburg and Bremen offices.

Dierk Tonnemacher will join Harald Donselmann and Bernd Osmer in the management of Samskip GmbH acting as Deputy Managing Director, responsible for all activities in our Hamburg office.

This change is seen as a step forward for our German operations and we are foreseeing closer co-operation between the two Samskip offices.
