The results of the Samskip Service Study carried out in 2003 among our customers are now available.

  • 90% of Samskip customers are "more than average"satisfied with our service level.
  • 90% of the customers think that Samskip employees are fullfilling their promises
  • 83% of the customers think that Samskip employees are service-minded in a "more than average" way.
  • The number of answers received gives this study a return rate of 14,76 % which we are quite satisfied with.
