Samskip A/S, Denmark acquires Andersen + Jensen Aps

We are proud to announce that Samskip A/S, Denmark has acquired Andersen + Jensen Aps which will be, as per January 1^st, 2004, operated under the name of Samskip A/S. The former owner Mr. Richard Bergmann will continue working for Samskip A/S.

Established back in 1973, Andersen + Jensen Aps has over the years developed a great expertise in forwarding activities such as haulage contracting, warehousing and general forwarding.

According to Samskip A/S Managing Director Steen Osorio, the acquisition serves to consolidate Samskip's presence in Denmark, while opening up new opportunities.
